dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na evakuaci osob při povodni v obci Příbor. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část uvádí dělení mimořádných události a krizových situací, objasnění problematiky povodní a oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, zejména evakuace a dalších opatření, která předcházejí nebo následují po uskutečnění evakuace. Praktická část se zabývá záplavovým územím, počtem ohrožených osob, analýzou současného zabezpečení evakuace v obci Příbor. Výsledkem práce jsou návrhy pro zkvalitnění možnosti evakuace osob, návrhy na její zabezpečení a vytipování dalších adekvátních budov pro zřízení evakuačních středisek a míst nouzového ubytování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on evacuation of persons during flood in the municipality of Příbor. The thesis is divided two chapters. The theoretical part presents a division of extraordinary events and crisis events, a clarification of the matter of floods and the areas of population protection - especially the evacuation and other measures that precede or follow the realization of evacuation. The practical part deals with the flood area, number of endangered persons and with the analysis of current security of evacuation in the municipality of Příbor. Result of thesis are drawn up drafts to improve the evacuation of persons, the security of evacuation and a determination of other buildings adequate for the establishment of evacuation facilities and places of emergency housing.
