dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu bezpečnosti Slavností vína a otevřených památek v Uherském Hradišti. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením nejdůležitějších pojmů pro tuto oblast, ukotvení do právních norem a popisem povinností obce a složek podílejících se na zajištění bezpečnosti Slavností vína a otevřených památek. Praktická část analyzuje konkrétní místa, ve kterých se tato akce odehrává, popisuje jejich nedostatky a následně jsou zde navrženy způsoby řešení těchto nedostatků. Jedná se především o historické centrum města Uherské Hradiště, Vinohradskou ulici a přilehlé památky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the safety of the Slovácko wine festival and open monuments days in Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part deals with the expla-nation of the most important terms in this area, the anchoring into the legal norms and the description of the duties of the town and the other parts involved in ensuring the safety for the Slovácko wine festival and open monuments days. The practical part analyzes the spe-cific places in which this festival takes place, it describes their shortcomings, and it sug-gests solutions of the shortcomings. It it mainly the historical center of Uherské Hradiště, Vinohradská street and the surrounding monuments.
