dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá narušením dodávek energií jako je elektrická energie v návaznosti na výpadky dodávek tepla, vody či pohonných hmot na území správního obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Otrokovice. V teoretické části je popsáno krizové řízení, jeho orgány, ochrana obyvatelstva a její legislativa, mimořádná událost typu narušení dodávek elektrické energie, bezpečnostní hrozby elektroenergetiky, integrovaný záchranný systém. V praktické části jsou uvedeny demografické informace o správním obvodu obce s rozšířenou působností Otrokovice, bezpečnostních a záchranných složkách. Dále je zde vypracována analýza vybraných výpadků elektrické energie a teoretický průběh blackoutu na území správního obvodu Otrokovic. V poslední části je rozřešení připravenosti správního obvodu Otrokovice na rozsáhlý výpadek elektrické energie

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the disruption of energy supplies such as electric energy in connection with the supply of heat, water or fuels in the administrative district of the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice. The theoretical part describes the crisis management, its organs, the protection of the population and its legislation, the extraordinary event such as the disruption of electricity supply, the security threat of the electricity industry, the integrated security system. The practical part presents demographic information about the administrative area of the municipality with extended powers Otrokovice, security and rescue services. Furthermore, an analysis of selected power outages and a theoretical blackout run in the administrative district of Otrokovice is elaborated. In the last part there is a solution of the preparation of the administrative district of Otrokovice for an extensive power failure.
