dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy. Současně je uvedena teorie zásob ve výrobě a minimalizace nákladů v podniku pro vývoz a nákup zásob. Správa státních hmotných rezerv pracuje na jiném principu při vytváření a udržování potřebných zásob - tento rozdíl je rovněž uveden v praktické části. V praktické části je rovněž řešen logistický řetězec v podniku a rozdíl při vývozu zásob ze Správy státních hmotných rezerv. V logistickém řetězci je zpracována SWOT analýza na nákup zásob pro podnik. V závěru je shrnuto a porovnáno jak funguje Správa státních hmotných rezerv a podnik. Výsledkem práce je definování rozdílů v činnosti soukromého a státního podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis contains two parts, theoretical and practical. The introduction of the theo-retical part contains basic concepts. At the same time, the inventory theory in production and the minimization of costs in the company for export and purchase of inventories are listed. The management of state assets is working on another principle in creating and maintaining the necessary stocks - this distinction is also given in the practical part. In the practical part is also solved the logistic chain in the company and the difference in the export of stocks from the administration of state tangible reserves. In the logistic chain, the SWOT analysis is processed to purchase inventory for the enterprise. In conclusion, the management of the state assets and the enterprise is summarised and compared. The result of the work is the definition of differences in private and public enterprise acti-vities.
