Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Posouzení rizik vybrané pracovní činnosti". Posuzovaným předmětem je výroba dámského svátečního Uherskoostrožského kroje, konkrétně vrapených rukávců. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V první z nich, jsou popsány pojmy jako management rizika, riziko, analýza rizik, bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci, ergonomie, bezpečnost technických zařízení a expozice. Praktická část se zaobírá popsáním historie výroby krojů, analýzou významu výroby lidového oděvu v regionu a vlastním postupem zhotovení tohoto typu kroje. Analýza výrobního procesu tvorby vrapených rukávců zkoumá rizika hrozící zaměstnancům. Závěr popisuje doporučené návrhy opatření ke snížení míry rizika. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic "Risk assessment of selected work activity". The subject of the assessment is the production of the women's Uherskoostrožský festive costume, specifically crumpled sleeves. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the first one, concepts such as risk management, risk, risk analysis, occupational health and safety, ergonomics, safety of technical equipment and exposure are described. The practical part deals with the description of the history of folk costumes production, the importance of the production of folk clothing in the region and its own process of making this type of costume. The analysis of the manufacturing process of creating the crumpled sleeves examines the risks posed to employees. The conclusion describes the recommended risk reduction measures. |
