dc.description.abstract	V této diplomové práci je řešena problematika bezpečnosti ve vybraném průmyslovém areálu prostřednictvím vypracování bezpečnostní analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je řešena oblast zaměřená na pojmy a legislativu související s řízením rizik. V návaznosti na tuto část jsou v další kapitole rozděleny jednotlivé kroky procesu řízení rizik. Stručně je zde popsána problematika ochrany obyvatelstva a havarijního plánování. Dalším bodem teoretické části je specifikace průmyslových areálů zaměřená především na technické prostředky a systémy sloužící k ochraně objektu. Stručně je zde zmíněná oblast bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis vybraného průmyslového areálu a podniky, které v tomto areálu sídlí. Je zde provedena bezpečnostní analýza a popsán návrh možných opatření, které slouží ke zvýšení úrovně bezpečnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this educational work, the solving of chosen problems in industrial property is working through safe analysis. Work is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The theoreti-cal section is solving the area focused at ideas and legislation connected with the control-ling of risks. Connected to this section are other chapters divided into individual steps of controlling the risks. In brief, the written here is the problem of safety for the public, and damaging planning. Another point of the theoretical section is the specification of in-dustrial properties are focused mainly on safety and protection of public health while wor-king. The practical section is focusing in on the explanation of chosen industrial property, and companies which on this property occupy space. The safety analysis is completed here, and a proposal regarding possible steps which will increase safety.
