dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá jedním z nejzásadnějších témat současnosti, terorismem. Cílem práce je analýza uskutečněných teroristických útoků v období let 2014 - 2018 na vybraném území, na základě této analýzy pak proběhne vypracování metodiky k možnému určování cíle a modu operandi teroristických útoků. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popisu vývoje terorismu, základní terminologii ochrany obyvatelstva a také legislativnímu zajištění této oblasti. Uvedeny budou také jednotlivé druhy a charakteristiky teroristických útoků. Výstupem praktické části diplomové práce bude metodika zpracování modu operandi a aktuálních trendů terorismu a popis vlivu terorismu na aktuální bezpečnostní situaci v Evropě

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with terrorism, one of the most important topics of today. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the terrorist attacks carried out in the period 2014 - 2018 in the selected region. Based on this analysis, the methodology will be elaborated for possible determination of the target and modus operandi of terrorist attacks. The theoretical part dedicates to the description of the development of terrorism, the basic terminology of population protection and to the legislative provision of this region as well. The types and characteristics of terrorist attacks will also be presented. The output of the practical part of this thesis will be the methodology of processing modus operandi and current trends in terrorism and also the description of the impact of terrorism on the current security situation in Europe.
