dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu genderové rovnoprávnosti ve filmovém průmyslu. Podrobně rozebírá pozici žen v české filmové produkci a srovnává ji s aktuální situací v ostatních evropských zemích. Teoretická část obsahuje data zpracovaná z veřejně dostupných zdrojů klíčových institucí, jako jsou Asociace producentů v audiovizi, Česká filmová a televizní akademie nebo Státní fond kinematografie. Praktická část obsahuje postoj filmových profesionálů k problematice a jejich nápady na zlepšení situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is researching the gender equality in the film industry. Closely analy-zes the position of women in the Czech film production and compares it with the current situation in other European countries. The theoretical part contains data processed from publicly available sources of key institutions such as the Association of Audiovisual Pro-ducers, the Czech Film and Television Academy and the State Fund of Cinematography. The practical part contains the attitude of film professionals to the issue and their ideas for improving the situation.
