Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u příslušníků Policie České republiky. Vypracovaná práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část, se zabývá charakteristikou syndromu vyhoření, jeho definicí, historií, příznaky, projevy a možnou prevencí. Druhá, část praktická, obsahuje výzkum, který je proveden dotazníkovým šetřením u tří skupin příslušníků PČR. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou za pomocí 115 dotazníků, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny a zpracovány ve formě tabulek a grafů. Závěrem práce je shrnutí získaných výsledků a možné doporučení pro praxi. |

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of burnout in members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, is focused on the characteristics of burnout, its definition, history, symptoms, manifestations and possible prevention. The second, practical part, contains research, which is done by a questionnaire survey in three groups of members of the Czech Police. The research was carried out by qualitative method using 115 questionnaires, which are subsequently evaluated and processed in the form of tables and graphs. The conclusion of the thesis is a summary of the results and possible recommendations for practice. |
