Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na prozkoumání možností inovace informačního systému pro správu spotřebních daní, který využívá Celní správa České republiky. Snahou je odhalit slabá místa využívaného informačního systému a navrhnout opatření k odstranění nežádoucího stavu. Práce se zabývá analýzou současných potřeb koncových uživatelů informačního systému (konkrétních správců daně) a také naznačením trendů vývoje celních informačních systémů na úrovni mezinárodní spolupráce s členskými státy Evropské unie. |

This degree work aims at examining possible modalities of how to innovate the data-providing information system for the consumer-oriented tax administration which is used by the Czech Bureau of Customs, trying to uncover possible weak points of this system and recommend a measure to eliminate the undesirable state of affairs. Actual necessities and claims of this information system's end users (ie respective tax administration) are analyzed and contempo-rary trends in the tax information systems' development on the level of international co-operat-ion with European Union member states are suggested. |
