Diplomová práce pojednává o zřízení gastroenterologické ambulance s využitím endoskopických vyšetřovacích metod v soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení v Praze. Cílem této práce je vytvořit ucelený přehled a popsat potřebné kroky při zřizování nové odborné ambulance. V teoretické části je popsaná oblast poskytování zdravotních služeb, podnikání ve zdravotnictví, problematika zřízení zdravotnického pracoviště, obor gastroenterologie a endoskopických vyšetřovacích metod. Na základě dostupné literatury byla vytvořena analýza problematiky zřízení zdravotnického pracoviště. Podrobnou analýzou současného stavu poskytovatelů služeb v oblasti gastroenterologie a endoskopických vyšetření ve spádové oblasti Prahy 5 byl navržen projekt zřízení odborné ambulance. S ohledem na vysoké vstupní náklady a současně potřebami jejího využití je tato ambulance provozu schopná. Uvedený projekt se může stát pomůckou pro podnikatele s podobným podnikatelským záměrem. |

The master's thesis describes an establishment of a gastroenterological outpatient facility with an endoskopy unit in a private medical institution in Prague, Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to give a comprehensive review and describe step by step the process of establishment of a new outpatient department. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we describe the provision of medical care, business in health care, issues in management of a medical facility focused on gastroenterology and endoscopy. Based on available literature, the possible issues in management of a healthcare facility were analysed. Based on an analysis of health care providers in gastroenterology and endoscopy in Prague 5, we suggested a business plan setting up an endoscopy department there. Regarding the high acquisition costs and its current operation, the department is ready for operation. The described business plan may be helpful for businessmen with similar business projects. |
