Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh layoutu nových výrobních prostor společnosti Krajči plus, s.r.o. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy praktická část se dále dělí na analytickou a projektovou. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky, které byly načerpány z odborné literatury. Tyto poznatky jsou z oblasti štíhlé výroby, uspořádání a typologie výrobního systému a metod, jako jsou SMED, SWOT a systém HACCP. Praktická část představuje společnost Krajči plus, s.r.o. a popisuje výrobní proces brambůrek. Na základě provedené analýzy SWOT jsou detekovány slabé stránky, které slouží jako podklad pro projektovou část. |

The topic of this dissertation is the proposal of layout of new manufacturing facilities of the company Krajči plus, s.r.o. The thesis comprises a theoretical and practical part. The practical part is divided into an analytical and project part. The theoretical part deals with findings based on studying professional literature. These are from the field of lean production, organization and typology of manufacturing systems as well as methods such as SMED, SWOT and the HACCP sys-tem. The practical part introduces Krajči plus, s.r.o. company and describes the manufacturing process of their crisps. Based on the SWOT analysis, weaknesses are identified, which serves as a basis for the project part of the thesis. |
