dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh systému tahu pro řízení výroby ve vybrané společ-nosti. V rámci teoretické části jsou vypracovány literární poznatky z dané oblasti. Následně je provedena analýza současného stavu na vybraném pracovišti. Projektová část je zaměřena na návrh buňkové výroby, jejímž zavedením dojde k využití systému tahu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis is focused on the project of pull system for production management in se-lected company. In the theoretical part are written literary knowledge from the given area. Subsequently, an analysis of the current situation in the selected workplace is performed. The project part is focused on the design of the cellular manufacturing, whose implementation will use the pull system.
