dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat finanční situaci tří firem, které jsou součástí společnosti Kofola holding a.s., zhodnotit jejich postavení na trhu ve srovnání s ostatními podniky zabývajícími se výrobou nápojů. Pomocí specifických metod a postupů finanční analýzy byl posouzen vývoj hospodaření společností, příčiny dosažení současného stavu a stanoven předpokládaný vývoj společností v následujících letech. Na základě těchto informací byly společnostem doporučeny návrhy směřující k zlepšení současné situace a tím posílena jejich důvěryhodnost a spolehlivost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of my bacholer's project were valorized the financial situation of three firms which are the part of the company Kofola holding a.s. and sumed up their position in the market with the comparison of other firms occupied by production of drinks. There were described the progresion of financial management and reason of accomplished of the contemporary status by the specific methods and procedures of financial analysis in bacholer's project and were predicated the probable progresion of companies in the next years. On the basis of these information were recommended proposals which are continued to improvement of the conterporary situation, credibility and reliability.	en
