dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metody SMED u vstřikovacího lisu ve společnosti WOCO STV s.r.o. Cílem práce je snížení doby přetypování alespoň o 10 %. Pro splnění cíle bylo nutné pořídit videozáznam průběhu přetypování a následně provést jeho analýzu, na základě které byly stanoveny návrhy na zlepšení a následně provedeno zhodnocení. V práci byly využity další podpůrné metody jako spaghetti diagram, metoda 5x proč a audit 5S. Výsledkem práce bylo zkrácení doby přetypování o 36,6 %.

dc.description.abstract-translated	A diploma thesis is dealing with the application of SMED method at the injection press in the company WOCO STV s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is reduction of a changeover time by at least 10 %. To accomplish the goal, it was necessary to take a video of the changeover process and then analyse it. On the basis of the analysis, the suggestions of improvement were defined and after that the assessment was made. Other supporting methods like spa-ghetti diagram, 5 whys method and 5S audit were used in the thesis. The result of the the-sis is reducing the changeover time by 36,6 %.
