dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na rozšíření služeb Oddělení klinické biochemie Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec, a.s. Návrh na rozšíření služeb byl vytvořen na základě analýzy současné nabídky služeb laboratoře a požadavků uživatelů na zavedení nových služeb. Na základě klinické významnosti požadovaných metod a počtu požadavků zasílaných do smluvních laboratoří byl vytvořen návrh projektu zavedení nové metody vitaminu D. Hladinu vitaminu D je vhodné vyšetřit u pacientů s poruchou kostního metabolismu, při sledování léčby či podezření na deficit vitaminu. Cílem práce je zavedení metody do provozu laboratoře a zajištění spokojenosti uživatelů s jejím prováděním. Přínosem projektu je rozšíření služeb laboratoře a zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti na trhu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the expansion of services of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry Jindřichův Hradec Hospital, a.s. The proposal for the expansion of services was based on the analysis of the current offer of laboratory services and user requirements for implementing new services. Method vitamin D was chosen as the most beneficial service from desired methods according to its clinical relevance and frequecy of requests sent to contract laboratories. The examination of vitamin D is the suitable test for disorders of a bone metabolism, monitoring of a treatment and vitamin D defficiency. Aim of the diploma thesis is the implementation of this new method into the laboratory operation and to ensure user satisfaction. The benefit of the project is the expansion of laboratory services and an increasion of the laboratory's competitiveness.
