dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o důležitosti sledování klíčových ukazatelů ve výrobě a optimalizaci výrobního procesu. Popisuje jednotlivé klíčové ukazatele ve společnosti a zaměřuje se především na výrobní klíčové ukazatele. Jejich prostřednictvím nalézá úzká místa v procesu lakování. Na odstranění těchto míst je vytvořen projekt. Ten za pomoci metod průmyslového inženýrství (SMED, VSM, Spaghetti diagramu, časových náměru) mění proces přestavby lakovacích linek a mění layout pracoviště snižující technologickou zmetkovost z lakování vysoce leklých dílů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the importance of monitoring key indicators in production and optimization of the production process. It describes the key indicators in the company and focuses mainly on key production indicators. Thanks to them, bottleneck areas are found in the painting process. A project is created to remove these areas. With the help of industrial engineering methods (SMED, VSM, Spaghetti diagram, timing), the project changes the process of reworking painting lines and alters the layout of the workplace to reduce technological scrappiness arising from painting highly glossy parts.
