Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením systému efektivní evidence skladových zásob ve vlastních prodejnách za pomoci informačních technologií. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné informace o zásobách, jejich řízení a metody průmyslového inženýrství, které nám mohou pomoci k dosažení ideálního systému evidence. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu firemních procesů, které by bylo možné vylepšit, a zbytečných procesů, které by se daly odstranit. V práci je řešena problematika eliminace chyb se zapojením všech zaměstnanců do týmové spolupráce, která zajistí spokojenost a motivaci všech zúčastněných. |

This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the system of effective stock records in own stores with the help of information technology. The theoretical part describes general information about stocks, their management and methods of industrial engineering, which can help us to achieve an ideal system of records. The practical part contains an analysis of business processes that could be improved and unnecessary processes that could be removed. The work deals with the elimination of errors with the involvement of all employees in teamwork, which ensures satisfaction and motivation of all participants. |
