Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace technologie Dolby ATMOS v kině Golden Apple Cinema. Hlavním cílem bylo vypracování projektu implementace technologie Dolby ATMOS do kina GAC. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Cílem teoretické části bylo vypracování literární rešerše zaměřené na oblast marketingu služeb, inovací a konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Následné informace z teoretické části sloužily k vypracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části bylo pomocí vybraných situačních analýz a dotazníkového šetření získat východiska pro vypracování projektu implementace technologie Dolby ATMOS v kině GAC. Navržený projekt byl podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

The main aim of the Masters thesis is problematics of Dolby ATMOS technology imple-mentation in GAC cinema. The main goal was to develope a project to implement the Dolby ATMOS technology in the cinema. The thesis was composed of a theoretical and practical part. The teoretical part is aimed at the elaborated a literary research focused on the area of service marketing, innovations and competitiveness of the company. The informations from the theoretical part was served to elaborate a practical part. The aim of the practical part was to use the selected situational analyzes and questionnaire survey to get the starting points for the project of implementation of Dolby ATMOS technology in the GAC cinema. The project was subjected to time, cost and risk analysis. |
