dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této diplomové práce je nalezení vhodného způsobu financování investičního záměru a následné zhodnocení efektivnosti investice pro společnost. Teoretická část je věnována literární rešerši odborné literatury zaměřené na téma investice, investiční projekty, zdroje financování podniku, metody hodnocení investičních projektů, bankovní úvěry a problematiku finanční analýzy. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytický a projektový oddíl. V analytické části je představena společnost a provedena podrobná analýza její stávající finanční situace. Projektová část se zaměřuje na konkrétní investiční záměr a možnosti jeho financování. Výsledky této práce umožňují navržení vhodného financování projektu a zhodnocení efektivnosti investice při jeho realizaci. Závěr práce tvoří provedení rizikové a nákladové analýzy a vyhodnocení vhodnosti přijetí projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Diploma thesis focuses on finding a suitable way of financing the investment plan and subsequent evaluation of the investment efficiency for the company. The theoretical part is devoted to the review of literature focused on the topic of investment, investment projects, sources of corporate financing, methods of evaluation of investment projects, bank loans and topic of financial analysis. The practical part is divided into analytical and project part. In the analytical part there is an introduction of the company and detailed analysis of its current financial situation. The project part focuses on the specific investment plan and possibilities of its financing. The results that are introduces in the thesis enable us to propose suitable project financing and to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment during its implementation. The conclusion of the thesis consists of performing risk and cost analysis and evaluation of suitability of the project.
