Kultura je jádrem bohatého dědictví Evropy i její historie, která významně pomáhá tomu, aby se zvyšovala atraktivita různých míst a aby se posílila jedinečná identita určitých lokalit. Kultura každého regionu je jiná. Každý region má své vlastní zvyky, tradice, obyčeje, které hrají významnou roli v jeho rozvoji. Cílem práce je analyzovat kulturní infrastrukturu, památky, akce a roli jednotlivých aktérů místní kultury a jejich spolupráci. Prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu formou řízeného rozhovoru a pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou analyzovány problémové oblasti, které se vztahují ke kulturnímu rozvoji mikroregionu Valašské Klobucko. Na základě těchto poznatků je zpracována strategie rozvoje kultury v mikroregionu Valašské Klobucko a navržen projekt na obnovu amfiteátru na území ná-rodní kulturní památky Ploština, kdy předložený návrh přispívá k zvýšení atraktivnosti daného místa a usiluje o uchovávání historických a kulturních hodnot. |

Culture is at the heart of Europe's rich heritage and history, which greatly helps make various places more attractive and enhance the unique identity of certain locations. The culture of each region is different. Each region has its own customs and traditions that play an important role in its development. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the cultural infrastructure, monuments, events and the role of individual actors of local culture and their cooperation. By means of qualitative research in the form of a structured interview and by means of SWOT analysis, problem areas related to the cultural development of the Valašské Klobucko microregion are analyzed. Based on this knowledge, a strategy for the development of culture in the Valašské Klobucko microregion and a project for the restoration of the amphitheater on the territory of the national cultural monument Ploština, where the submitted proposal contributes to the attractiveness of the site and strives to preserve historical and cultural values. |
