Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám implementací konceptu Balanced Scorecard do systému řízení společnosti XY, a.s. V teoretické části objasňuji důvody řízení hodnoty, představuji klasické i moderní nástroje a měřítka sloužící k řízení hodnoty a na závěr popisuji model Balanced Scorecard. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost XY, a.s., dále jsou provedeny analýzy makroprostředí a mikroprostředí a navrhnut projekt samotné implementace Balanced Scorecard. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny náklady a efekty spojené s implementací a doporučení pro podnik. |

My diploma work is focused on implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept into management system of the XY company. The theoretical part explains reasons for value control and present classical and modern tools and value control benchmarks. At the end of this part there is a presentation of the Balanced Scorecard model. The first section of the practical part is devoted to introduction of the XY company, next macro and micro environment analyses are made and project of the Balanced Scorecard implementation itself is suggested. Finally, effects and costs of the implementation are evaluated and solution for the company is recomended. |
