dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem této práce bylo navrhnout vlastní projektové řešení zvoleného investičního záměru v obci Zádveřice-Raková a doporučit vedení obce nejvhodnější způsob jeho financování. Na základě získaných poznatků z provedené socioekonomické analýzy a z analýzy hospodaření obce jako investiční záměr bylo navrženo vybudování venkovního fitness parku pro všechny věkové kategorie. Obci bylo doporučeno, aby tento projekt financovala kombinací dotace a vlastních zdrojů, přičemž z tohoto důvodu byl v práci proveden průzkum aktuálně vypsaných výzev s vhodným dotačním titulem pro představený investiční záměr a podle pokynů zvoleného dotačního titulu byla vypracována žádost o finanční podporu. Přínos této práce je spatřován v tom, že vedení obce nastíní a poskytne návod, co by se v obci na daném místě v budoucnu mohlo vybudovat a zároveň ukáže odkud by se dal zvolený investiční záměr financovat s co nejmenší zátěží na rozpočet obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of this thesis was to suggest my own project solution of the chosen investing´s intention in Zádveřice-Raková municipality and to recommend the most suitable way of its financing to the management of the municipality. On the basis of the gained knowledge from the socio-economic analysis and the analysis of the municipality´s economic activity it was proposed building an outdoor fitness park for all age brackets as the investing´s intention. The municipality was recommended to finance this project with the combination of grant and its own sources. Therefore the survey of the currently announced subsidy challenges with the suitable grant title for the presented investing´s intention was conducted in this thesis and the application for financial support according to the instruction of selected grant title was prepared. The benefit of this thesis is seen in the fact that it provides the management of the municipality with the instructions for what could be built in the municipality in the given place in the future and it shows where the chosen investing´s intention could be financed from with the least burden on the municipality budget.
