Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti penzionu REOS, s.r.o. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na konkurenci, konkurenceschopnost, konkurenční výhodu, marketingový mix. Popis strategických analýz, jako je Porterův model a všech jeho sil působení, PESTEL analýza, benchmarking, SWOT analýza. Dále je v této části popsán charakter služeb ubytovacích zařízení a způsob měření kvality. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení penzionu REOS, jeho historie, ekonomická stránka, okolí a aplikace marketingový mix. Dále jsou provedeny strategické analýzy, které byly popsány v části teoretické. Na základě provedených analýz by práce měla sloužit jako návrh doporučení, které může společnost potenciálně využít. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the competitivness of Pension REOS, s.r.o. It's devided into two parts. Theoretical part is focused on competition, competitivness, competitive advantage, marketing mix. It includes description of strategic analysis like Porter's analysis with all five forces, PESTEL analysis, benchmarking and SWOT analysis. In this part is also described character of the accommodation service and quality measurement. The practical part is focused on pension itself, its history, economical situation, surroundings of the company and application of the marketing mix. In the next step strategic analysis, which were desribed in theoretical part, are used. The final part of the thesis is devoted to draft recommendations, which can be used by company. |
