Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci plýtvání a návrh možnosti eliminace plýtvání ve vybrané firmě. Cílem této práce je analyzovat vybrané pracoviště a navrhnout nápravná opatření. V rámci řešení bylo použito metod průmyslového inženýrství a byla použita metoda procesní analýzy, snímku pracovního dne, špagetového diagramu a rozhovor. Podstatou řešení bylo nalézt plýtvání. Navržené řešení obsahuje návrhy, pomocí kterých je možné toto plýtvání odstranit. Na základě výsledků je možné zlepšit daný výrobní proces podle filozofie Lean a zároveň maximalizovat činnosti, které přidávají hodnotu. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on identification of waste and suggestion of elimination of waste in selected company. The aim of this work is to analyze the selected workplace and propose corrective measures. Industrial engineering methods were used as part of the solution, and the process analysis method, working day snapshot, spaghetti chart, and interview were used. The essence of the solution was to find waste. The proposed solution contains suggestions for removing this waste. Based on the results, it is possible to improve the production process according to the Lean philosophy while maximizing activities that add value. |
