dc.description.abstract	Ústředním tématem bakalářské práce je analýza výrobního procesu ve vybrané společnosti. Výsledkem analýzy jsou navržena opatření, ke zlepšení výrobního procesu. Pro srozumitelnou analýzu výrobního procesu je bakalářská práce rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zpracovaná formou literární rešerše, která se soustřeďuje na výrobní proces a s ním spojené řízení výroby, ale také analytické metody a ergonomii. Část praktická, bakalářské práce, čerpá z vědomostí obsažených v části teoretické. Je zde obsažen základní popis společnosti, výrobní portfolio a SWOT analýzu společnosti. Dále je v praktické části uplatněna ABC metoda. Je zde popsán výrobní proces výrobku a využita metoda Ishikawova diagramu. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny hlavní nedostatky výrobního procesu, které byly analýzou zjištěny a jsou zde vypsaná a vysvětlena nápravná opatření týkající se zjištěných nedostatků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The central theme of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the production process in the selected company. The results of the analysis are suggested measures to improve the production process. For the clear analysis of the production process the bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of literary research which focuses on the production process and related production management but also analytical methods and ergonomics. The practical part of the thesis draws on the knowledge contained in the theoretical part. There is a basic description of the company, production portfolio and SWOT analysis of the company. In the practical part the ABC method is also applied. The production process of the product is described and the Ishikawa diagram method is used here. At the end of the bachelor thesis the main deficiencies of the production process which were found by the analysis are mentioned and corrective measures related to the identified deficien-cies are explained.
