Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve vybrané akciové společnosti. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část objasnila problematiku účetní uzávěrky včetně charakteristiky všech uzávěrkových operací a zjištění výsledku hospodaření. V rámci účetní závěrky byly popsány jednotlivé účetní výkazy, které zahrnují rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztráty, přílohu, přehled o peněžních tocích a přehled o změnách vlastního kapitálu. V praktické části byla vybraná společnost nejprve představena a poté byla provedena analýza procesu sestavení účetní uzávěrky a závěrky. V závěru bakalářské práce byly na základě této analýzy uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, jejichž úkolem bylo zlepšit dosavadní proces účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve vybrané společnosti |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to do the analysis of the closing the books and the financial statements in the selected joint-stock company. The bachelor thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part clarified the issue of closing the books process including the characteristics of all closing operations and to the detection comprehensive income. Within financial statements were described individual parts of the financial statements that include balance sheet, income statement, notes, statement of cash flow and statement of changes in equity. In the practical part was first the selected company introduced and then was analyzed the whole process of preparing the closing books and the financial statements. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis were presented on the basis of this analysis possible suggestions and recommendations whose task was to improve the current process of closing the books and financial statements in the selected company. |
