Bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským záměrem v oblasti finančního trhu, konkrétně rozšířením činnosti hypotečního centra Vašebudoucnost.cz do města Zlína. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje co je to podnikatel, podnik a také se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu. Dále je v teoretické části popsán hypoteční trh a také teorie týkající se finančních výkazů. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou situace na finančním trhu a zpracováním podnikatelského plánu na téma rozšíření činnosti podnikatele v oblasti finančního trhu. |
