Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému hodnocení dodavatelů ve společnosti Bioveta, a.s. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na logistiku podniku, nákup a nákupní proces, dodavatele, jejich výběr a hodnocení. V praktické části je představena společnost Bioveta, a.s., její historie a sortiment. Dále je v této části popsán proces nákupu a hodnocení dodavatelů ve společnosti včetně prvků určující status dodavatele. Následuje analýza současného stavu systému hodnocení dodavatelů. Na základě výsledků analýzy systému hodnocení dodavatelů jsou navrženy možnosti na zlepšení současného stavu. Výsledkem těchto návrhů je hlavně zrychlení a digitalizace procesu hodnocení. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of supplier evaluation system in Bioveta, a.s. company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on company logistics, purchase and purchasing process, suppliers, their selection and evaluation. The practical part introduces Bioveta, a.s. company, its history and offered range of products. Furthermore, this section describes the process of purchasing and evaluating of suppliers in the company, including elements which determinant the supplier's status. This part also contains an analysis of the current status of the supplier evaluation system used in Bioveta, a.s. company. Possibilities for improving the current status based on the results of the supplier evaluation system are proposed. The goal of these proposals is mainly to speed up and digitize the whole process of evaluation. |
