Tématem bakalářské práce je implementace metod a nástrojů SPC ve výrobním podniku. Jsou zde aplikovány metody a nástroje statistické regulace procesu, které byly získány rešerší literatury ze zmiňované oblasti. Práce se zabývá zejména možností samotného využití statistické regulace v podmínkách výrobní společnosti, která se věnuje primárně zakázkové a kusové produkci. Cílem praktické části je analýza současného stavu a demonstrace zavedení statistické regulace. Po vyhodnocení výsledků byl proces uznán jako statisticky zvládnutý a způsobilý. Bylo tedy navrženo praktického využíti SPC v podmínkách společnosti a nastíněny další možnosti zlepšování procesů. |

This bachelor thesis addresses the implementation of SPC methods and tools in manufacturing company. There are applied methods and tools of statistical process control, which were obtained by literature searches from the mentioned area above. The thesis deals mainly with the possibility of implementation of statistical regulation in the conditions of a manufacturing company, which is primarily engaged in customized production. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the current state and demonstrate the introduction of statistical process control. After evaluating the results, a statistically controlled and eligible process was detected. Therefore, it was proposed to apply SPC to the company's conditions, and other process improvement options have been suggested to be implemented. |
