Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem na zavedení nových požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 ve vybrané firmě. Zájem o získání certifikátu na tento standard byl projeven, již v roce 2009 při vydání předchozí verze, avšak od tohoto záměru se nakonec ustoupilo. Teoretickou část tvoří literární rešerše týkající se řízení organizace z hlediska funkčního a procesní přístupu, dále se zabývá kvalitou jako takovou, systémem managementu kvality obecně a následně podle standardu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Praktická část obsahuje diferenční analýzu mezi starou verzí normy z roku 2009 a aktualizovanou z roku 2016, na základě výsledků byly zjištěny rozdíly v požadavcích. Následuje jejich definování, specifikování a popsání změn, kterými prošly. V závěru jsou návrhy na efektivní implementaci vybraných požadavků, které firma může využít pro získání certifikátu na revidovanou normou. |

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the introduction of new requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard in a selected company. The interest in obtaining a certificate for this standard was shown in 2009, when the previous version was released, but this intention eventually subsided. The theoretical part consists of literary research concerning the management of the organization from the point of view of functional and procedural approach, further it deals with the quality as such, the system of quality management in general and subsequently with the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The practical part contains a differential analysis between the old version of the 2009 standard and the 2016 update, differences in the requirements were found based on the results. This is followed by their definition, specification and description of the changes they have undergone. In conclusion, there are suggestions for effective implementation of selected requirements, which the company can use to obtain a certificate for revised standard. |
