Předmětem této práce je porovnávání obráběcích technologií rotačních ploch a výsledkem je technologický postup pro výrobu rotačního dílce. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou obráběcích technologií tvarových ploch a programování CNC strojů. Také popisuje vhodné materiály pro řezné nástroje a rozebírá problematiku týkající se kontroly dílce po výrobě. Cílem praktické části práce je rozbor a posouzení optimálního technologického postupu dílce a její výroba. Patří zde porovnání technologií obrábění a následná analýza. |

The matter of this thesis is a comparison of machining technologies of rotational areas and the technological procedur efor the production of the rotational unit is the outcome. The theoretical part of the thesis deal with an issue of the machining technologies shaped areas a programming CNC machine. The thesis describes suitable materials for cutting device and analyzes theissue concerning control of the unit after the production. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is an analysis and an assessment of the optimal technological procedure of the unit and its production. The comparison of technological machining and consecutive analysis is part of the thesis. |
