dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce klasifikuje typy pleti s důrazem na komedogenní pleť náchylnou k rozvoji akné. Uvádí diagnostické a fototerapeutické metody používané v kosmetické praxi. Ze získaných dat v experimentální části práce, byl hodnocen vliv gelu Lasocare na kome-dogenní typ pleti dobrovolnic, u kterých byl zjištěn významný účinek gelu na pokles množství kožního mazu a zároveň úpravy kyselosti kožního pláště v celé oblasti obličeje. Pozitivní vliv byl prokázán i na snížení množství Cutibacterium acnes a rozšířených pó-rů. Účinek gelu na stav hydratace a TEWL byl prokazatelně menší než u ostatních měře-ných parametrů, nicméně u dobrovolnic, u kterých došlo k úpravě pH a snížení množství seba, bylo zaznamenáno zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the work classifies skin types with an emphasis on comedogenic skin prone to acne development. It presents diagnostic and phototherapeutic methods used in cosmetic practice. From the data obtained in the experimental part of the thesis, the effect of Lasocare gel on comedogenic type of volunteers' skin was evaluated, where a significant effect of gel on decrease of sebum and also on acidity of skin surface in the whole face area was found. Positive effects have also been demonstrated on reducing the amount of Cutibacterium acnes and expanded pores. The effect of the gel on hydration and TEWL was demonstra-bly less than that of the other measured parameters, but there was an improvement with these volunteers whose pH was adjusted and self-reduced.
