Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt na vybudování sociální rehabilitace pro duševně nemocné ve Zlínském kraji. Tato sociální služba je určena pro lidi s duševním onemocněním od dovršení 18 let do 65 let. Pro tento podnikatelský záměr bylo podstatné analyzovat aktuální situaci v oblasti sociálních služeb pro duševně nemocné v rámci Zlínského kraje. Zároveň bylo nutné analyzovat současnou poptávku po této sociální službě. Na základě provedených analýz bylo zjištěno, že ve Zlínském kraji se nachází mnoho denních center pro lidi s duševním onemocněním. Ale pobytové sociální služby pro osoby s chronickým duševním onemocněním trpí nedostatkem míst. Poptávka po těchto místech je vyšší než nabídka. V závěru projektové části je popsán přínos práce, možná rizika a zhodnocení projektu. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a project to build a social rehabilitation for the mentally ill in the Zlín Region. This social service is intended for people with mental illnesses between the ages of 18 and 65. For this business plan it was essential to analyse the current situation in the field of social services for the mentally ill within the Zlín Region. At the same time, it was necessary to analyse the current demand for this social service. On the basis of the analyses carried out, it was found that there are many day centres in the Zlín Region for the mentally ill. However, there is a lack of places for people with chronic mental illnesses in residential social services. Demand for these places is higher than the supply. Contribution, possible risks and evaluation of the project are described at the end of the project part of this diploma thesis. |
