Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou geneticky modifikovaných surovin a potravin. Práce je rozčleněna na čtyři hlavní kapitoly, které se týkají legislativy GMO, genového inženýrství, možnostmi využití GMO a problematiky toxicity a bezpečnosti GM plodin z hlediska výživy. Pro tuto práci jsou stěžejní oblasti, které se zabývají způsobem přípravy a možnostmi využití geneticky modifikovaných organismů. |
