Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením rizik a stanovení maximální očekávané ztráty provozu konkrétní čerpací stanici pohonných hmot v resortu Ministerstva obrany, potažmo Armády České republiky. Popisuje danou technologii s možností vzniku procesní nehody. Pro tyto případy se dále snaží nalézt správné řešení výběru metody pro analýzu rizik čerpací stanice pohonných hmot a maziv. Posuzuje přítomné protipožární a protiexplosivní zabezpečení, dále řeší index nebezpečnosti a ekonomických ztrát v případě mimořádných události a navrhuje další opatření pro snížení rizik závažných havárií. |

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of risks and determination of the maximum expected loss of operation of a specific fuel station in the Ministry of Defense, ie the Army of the Czech Republic. Describes the technology with the possibility of a process accident. For these cases, it also tries to find the right solution for choosing the method for risk analysis of gas stations and lubricants. It assesses the present fire and counter-explosive security, further addresses the index of hazards and economic losses in the event of emergencies and proposes further measures to reduce the risks of major accidents. |
