dc.description.abstract	Práce řeší a srovnává problematiku poskytování humanitární pomoci ve státech středoevropského regionu. Mezi komparační státy patří Česká republika, Maďarsko, Polská republika, Rakouská republika, Slovenská republika a Spolková republika Německo. Ke sběru dat v kvalitativním výzkumu byly použity metody - obsahová analýza a dotazování. Následně byla provedena komparace a v závěru práce byla využita metoda syntézy. Výsledkem diplomové práce je porovnání poskytování humanitární pomoci v rámci států střední Evropy a předložení uceleného náhledu na tuto problematiku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis compares the approaches of Central European countries for the provisioning of humanitarian aid. Comparative countries include the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Austria, the Slovak Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. Qualitative research was achieved by analysing relevant content and effective methods of questioning. Subsequently, a comparison was made and a method of synthesis was used to provide the outcome. The result of the diploma thesis is a comparison of the provision of humanitarian aid within the countries of Central Europe and a comprehensive view of this issue.
