Diplomová práce je psána na téma ,,Posouzení bezpečnostních rizik obce". V teoretické části seznámí práce čtenáře se základními pojmy krizového řízení, potřebné pro praktickou část práce. Následuje legislativa upravující problematiku ochrany obyvatelstva. Závěrem teoretické části je popsána analýza rizik a geografický informační systém. Praktická část seznamuje se zvolenou obcí, identifikuje a mapuje jednotlivá rizika. Následně analyzuje rizika na základě zvolených metod analýzy rizik. Závěr praktické části představuje shrnutí výsledků z analýzy rizik, jejich zhodnocení a doporučený návrh opatření. |

The diploma thesis is written on the "Assessment of security risks of the municipality". In the theoretical part, the work introduces the reader to the basic concepts of crisis management, needed for the practical part of the work. The following legislation regulates the issue of protection of the population. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes the risk analysis and geographic information system. The practical part acquaints with the selected municipality, identifies and maps individual risks. It then analyzes the risks based on the selected methods of risk analysis. The conclusion of the practical part is a summary of the results of the risk analysis, their evaluation and the recommended proposal of measures. |
