Ve své diplomové práci základě poznatků z odborné literatury charakterizuji problematiku informačních systémů ve veřejné správě a jejich důležitou roli v procesu zajišťování veřejných služeb občanům. Teoretické poznatky jsem využila pro analýzu předností a nedostatků stávajících IS ve vybraných obecních úřadech Zlínského kraje. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy je hlavním cílem praktické části navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení efektivnosti procesů v dané oblasti. |

In my diploma thesis, on the basis of information taken from the professional literature sources, I describe the problems of information systems in public administration and their important role in the process of supplying public services to the citizens. I have employed the theoretical pieces of knowledge for the analysis of the strong points and imperfections of the current IS at the selected municipal offices of the Zlín region. Upon the results of the implemented analysis, the main goal of the practical part is to propose such measures as to improve the process efficiency in the particular area. |
