dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení systému řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku. Při řešení tohoto problému byly provedeny analýzy nákladů, současného sytému jejich řízení a jeho vyhodnocení. Po vyhodnocení byly identifikovány hlavní nedostatky současného systému. V práci bylo navrženo nové řešení kalkulačního systému společnosti. Výsledky této práce umožňují firmě do kalkulací zahrnout nepřímé náklady a zefektivnit tak řízení nákladů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Master's thesis is focused on improving the cost management system in a selected company. Cost analysis and analysis of the currently used cost management system were carried out and evaluated in order to deal with this issue. The main weaknesses were identified based on the evaluation of the current system and a new cost accounting system was introduced in this thesis. Findings in this thesis allow for the company's indirect costs to be included in cost accounting and make the cost management system more effective.
