dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci v automobilovém průmyslu, přesněji v autoservise. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny nejvíce používané termíny, nejdůležitější právní a ostatní předpisy, týkající se bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a obecná charakteristika BOZP, včetně základních práv a povinností zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele. Teoretická část se zabývá také analýzou rizik a rozborem jednotlivých metod pro jejich identifikaci. Praktická část je orientována na automobilový průmysl. Popisuji zde podrobněji konkrétní autoservis, na kterém byly aplikovány jednotlivé metody pro zjištění potenciálních rizik a návrh případných opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of safety and health at work in the automotive industry, specifically in car service. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part are mentioned the most commonly used terms, the most essential legal and other regulations concerning safety and health at work and the general characteristics of occupational safety and health, including the basic rights and obligations of employees and employers. The theoretical part also deals with risk analysis and analysis of individual methods for their identification. The practical part is focused on the automotive industry. I describe in more detail a specific car service, to which individual methods were applied to identify potential risks and propose possible measures.
