dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na rozšíření již fungujícího domova pro seniory o oddělení se zvláštním režimem, které se věnuje klientům s demencí či Alzheimerovou chorobou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiky sociálních služeb, sociální politiku a marketingové metody. Praktická část převádí do praxe tyto marketingové metody a analyzuje prostředí vybrané organizace. Zároveň se zaměřuje na samotný projekt, především personální zabezpečení, standardy, náklady a financování.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the extension of on already functioninf home for the elderly with a ward with a special regime dedicated to clients with dementia or Alzheimer´s disease. The theoretical part focuses on the basic characteristics of social services, social policy and marketing methods. The practical part translates these marketing methods into practice and surroundings of the selected organization. Concurrently is the diploma thesis focuses on the project. Especially staff, standards, costs and financing.
