Tato práce se zabývá racionalizací výrobní linky ve vybrané firmě. Práce je situována do dvou hlavních částí. První z nich je teoretická, která pojednává o tématech jako je štíhlá výroba, analýza a měření práce, produktivita, uspořádání pracovišť a dalších pojmů týkající se racionalizace výrobních linek. Tyto zmíněné poznatky jsou promítnuty do analytické a projektové části. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do dvou bloků, a to na analýzu současného stavu výrobní linky obsahující popis linky, časovou studii pracovišť, zjištěné nedostatky a výkonnostní ukazatele výrobní linky. V projektové části je popsáno vymezení projektu, navrhovaná řešení na základě zjištěných nedostatků při analýze a zhodnocení jednotlivých návrhů. |

The objective of the Thesis is rationalisation of production line in selected company. The Thesis is divided into two main sections. First is the theoretical section, which defines terms such as lean manufacturing, measurement of productivity, organization of workplaces and further terms that are related to effectiveness of production lane. These mentioned terms are afterwards used in analytical and practical sections of the Thesis. Practical section is then further divided into two parts which are firstly analyses of current state of affairs including description of the lane, study of the time lines, discovered weaknesses and performance indexes of the production lane. In the second part of the practical section is the definition of the project with proposed solutions based on discovered shortcomings which were discovered during the analyses and finally evaluation of individual solutions. |
