Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prostorovým řešením střechy a interiéru pátého patra budovy centrály firmy Baťa ve Zlíně. Cílem práce je navrhnout zázemí pro zaměstnance firmy Baťa, sloužící k přípravě jídla, stravování, odpočinku a firemním událostem. Teoretická část se zabývá firemní kulturou, současnými trendy, druhy střešních teras a jaký mají vliv firemní prostory na zdraví a psychiku zaměstnanců. Praktická část se věnuje analýze filozofie firmy baťa, zlínské architektury, stávajícího stavu řešeného území a následně popisuje finální řešení s vybranými prvky a materiály. |

This bachelor's thesis deals with the spatial solution of the roof and interior of the fifth floor of the Baťa headquarters building in Zlín. The aim of the work is to design facilities for employees of the company Baťa, used for food preparation, meals, rest and corporate events. The theoretical part deals with corporate culture, current trends, types of roof terraces and how corporate spaces affect the health and psyche of employees.
