Diplomová práce se zabývá designem dávkovače sypkých směsí, který slouží pro uchování a dávkování potravin, jakými jsou například různé druhy müsli, luštěnin, rýže či malých cukrovin. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navrhnout produkt s inovativním mechanismem samotného dávkovače, který by byl vhodný pro rozličně jemné směsi a současně splňoval veškeré nároky na moderní design. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu materiálu, ze kterých je možné produkt vyrobit, možným způsobům výroby a analýze produktů na současném trhu. Praktická část obsahuje samotný proces navrhování, od prvních návrhů systému dávkování, přes vývoj všech dílčích součástí, ergonomickou studii, technickou dokumentaci až po výrobu fyzického prototypu. |

The Master's thesis deals with the design of a dispenser for free-flowing mixtures, which is used for storing and dispensing food, such as various types of muesli, legumes, rice and small confectionery. The main goal of the thesis was to design a product with an innovative mechanism of the dispenser itself, which would be suitable for various free-flowing mixtures and at the same time meet all the requirements for modern design. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of the material from which the product can be made, possible methods of production and analysis of products on the current market. The practical part contains the design process itself, from the first designs of the dosing system, through the development of all components, ergonomic study, technical documentation to the production of a physical prototype. |
