Diplomová práca je zameraná na zefektívnenie výrobného procesu vo vybranej spoločnosti, ktorá sa zaoberá výrobou regulačnej techniky. Jej cieľom je identifikácia a eliminácia plytvania. V teoretickej časti sú spracované východiská na základe literárnych prameňov a internetových zdrojov, týkajúce sa danej problematiky. Praktická časť obsahuje predstavenie spoločnosti, analýzu súčasného stavu vybraného pracoviska a návrh projektu, ktorý vedie k zefektívneniu výrobného procesu. |

This diploma thesis is focused on the production streamlining of the chosen company that deals with the production of the control technolgy. It main goal is to identity and eliminate the waste. The starting point based on the literary sources and online sources related to this topis are processed in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part contains the company introduction, and analysis of the current status of the chosen workplace and also suggestion of the project that leads to the streamlining of the manufacturing process. |
