dc.description.abstract	Smyslem této diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodný layout nové výrobní haly a zavedení metody 5S na vybrané pracoviště v rámci výrobního programu společnosti. Práce je tvořena třemi hlavními částmi. V teoretické části je popsáno průmyslové inženýrství, štíhlý podnik, metoda 5S a také možnosti uspořádání výroby. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou a projektovou. V analytické části je představena společnost a pomocí metody mapování toku hodnot je utvořen obraz o současném stavu. V projektové části je navržen layout nové výrobní haly a také popis metody 5S s následným vyhodnocením její implementace na vybraná pracoviště.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Purpose of my thesis is to design proper layout of production workshop and implementa-tion of 5S method in the certain sites throughout production plan of the company. The the-sis is divided into 3 main parts. Teoretical part describes industrial engineering, lean manu-facturing, 5S method and principles of production flow. Following part (practical) is struc-tured into two pillars. Analytic one and project one. Analytic part of the thesis presents company itself and using value stream mapping method there is current state described. Project part brings recommendation of new prodcution hall layout and description of im-lementation og 5S method togehter with evalution of this method usage in choosen sites.
