Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast interního auditu. Cílem práce je realizace produktového auditu s následným řešením nalezených odchylek pomocí interní reklamace. V rámci přípravy a organizace plánovaného auditu byla provedena analýza současného stavu výrobního procesu auditovaného výrobku. Na základě výsledků provedeného auditu bylo zahájeno řešení odchylek vystavením interní reklamace a metodikou 8D, a v jejich návaznosti byly stanoveny nápravná opatření. Po uplynutí určené doby byl proveden reaudit, jehož účelem bylo zejména ověření účinnosti provedení nápravných opatření. |

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of internal audit. The aim is to perform a product audit with the subsequent solution of the found deviations by the means of an internal complaint. As a part of the preparation and organization of the planned audit, an analysis of the current state of the production process of the audited product was performed. Based on the results of the audit, the resolution of deviations was initiated by issuing an internal complaint and using the 8D methodology. Furthermore, corrective actions were determined. After the specified time had elapsed, the reaudit was carried out, the purpose of which was in particular to verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. |
