dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat současné využívání informačního systému ve vztahu k plánování a řízení výroby. Pro určení ve kterých oblastech je prostor pro zlepšení současné situace byla použita analytická metoda SWOT. S cílem o identifikaci zjištěných jednotlivých nedostatků byla provedena analýza procesu zpracování výrobní zakázky, která měla za cíl odhalit současné využívání informačního systému v této oblasti. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byla navržena opatření se snahou o zlepšení současné situace vedoucí k zefektivnění plánování a řízení výroby ve společnosti pomocí implementace systému APS.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor's dissertation is to analyse the current use of the information system in relation to production planning and management. The SWOT analytical method was used in order to determine in which areas there is room to improve the current situation. An analysis of the process of handling a production order was performed with the aim of identifying individual shortcomings and uncovering the current use of the information system in this area. Based on the shortcomings ascertained, measures were proposed in an attempt to improve the current situation leading to more effective production planning and management in the company with the help of implementation of the APS system.
