Bakalářská práce se nazývá "Posouzení stavu a řešení ochrany obyvatelstva vybrané obce s rozšířenou působností". V teoretické části jsou základní pojmy z oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, krizového řízení a legislativy, o které se práce opírá. V praktické části je posouzeno, zda orgány obce s rozšířenou působností Veselí nad Moravou plní úkoly v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva (jako je např. evakuace, varování a vyrozumění, nouzové přežití atd.) podle platné legislativy, především Zákon č. 239/2000 Sb., o integrovaném záchranném systému, Zákon č. 240/2000 Sb., o krizovém řízení atd. V závěru práce jsou inovativní návrhy v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, které by byly přínosem jak pro obyvatele města Veselí nad Moravou, tak i pro obyvatelstvo obcí spadající pod tuto obec s rozšířenou působností. |

The title of the bachelor's thesis is "Assessment of the State of and the Solutions to the Protection of Civilians in a Selected Municipality with Wider Jurisdiction". The theoretical part introduces fundamental concepts in the field of protection of civilians, crisis management and legislation on which the thesis is based. The practical part assesses whether the municipal authorities with wider jurisdiction in the town of Veselí nad Moravou perform tasks in the field of protection of civilians, such as evacuation, warning and notification, survival in the event of emergency, etc. in accordance with the current legislation, especially Act No. 239/2000 Sb. on the integrated rescue system, Act No. 240/2000 Sb. on crisis management, etc. The conclusion of the thesis introduces innovative proposals which would be beneficial to the inhabitants of the town of Veselí nad Moravou and the municipalities under its wider jurisdiction. |
